I have known Yinka both as an osteopath and a yoga teacher for many years. I trust her knowledge, experience and treatments fully. She will always recommend exercises that I can do at home post appointment and does not automatically expect me to book a next appointment. I have suffered from a bad back for many years but thanks to Yinka’s magic touch and expertise, I am now rarely in pain. My appointments are not simply about physical issues, it is always a pleasure and comfort seeing Yinka and chatting openly. Our discussions are soothing and nurturing. I always leave feeling 100% better both physically and emotionally. I look forward to appointments with Yinka and highly recommend her both as an osteopath and a yoga teacher.
