This consultation will take place via visual media (zoom). It will involve a full case history, and discussion about care options and if appropriate signposting to other services. I will use my extensive experience to offer a provisional diagnosis, and management advice where appropriate. Please leave a contact number, details of your zoom user name and an email address.
Please note, I do not have contracts with private medical insurers. I am happy to provide a full receipt for you to submit to your provider for potential reimbursement.

I had a really great experience with Yinka. She was professional, friendly, and really took the time to listen to and understand my back pain. From the very start, I felt like I was in good hands.
After the session, my back felt much looser and the pain had noticeably improved. I’m so glad I saw Yinka, and I now know exactly who to turn to if I ever feel like I’m at a lost cause with back pain again.

Having suffered a nasty wrist fracture and undergone surgery, I have been working with Yinka alongside my physiotherapy to regain my strength, movement and confidence so that I can return to yoga and cycling.

Yinka is an exceptional osteopath. She listens carefully, takes on board every concern and has a remarkable ability to understand how the injury is affecting not just my wrist, but my movement and confidence more generally. Her treatment is thoughtful, gentle and highly skilled, and complements my physiotherapy extremely well.

She explains everything clearly, adapts each session to how I am progressing and is consistently patient, encouraging and reassuring. I have already noticed a real improvement and feel extremely fortunate to have her supporting my recovery. I could not recommend Yinka more highly.

Really useful session with Yinka for a restricted shoulder following a fracture. I left with a very clear plan for improving the range of movement and very optimistic about the potential. Yinka explained the likely causes of the restriction really clearly. Her massage of the affected areas left my shoulder feeling lighter already.
