This morning I had my first session with Yinka. I was very impressed by the way she explained to me where my pain was coming from and what she was going to do to help getting rid of my stiff neck. I enjoyed the way she handled my shoulders and neck. Once at home I had a rest and afterwards I felt better.

Yinka is very welcoming and gave me plenty of time to explore my issue. She gave me clear steps I could take to improve my condition. I felt listened to and supported and went away with a clear plan.

Yinka was very attentive & really listened to my history to build a solid picture of what had been going on for me. She explained everything in detail & was extremely personable.
I am definitely returning to see her & am already feeling the benefit of just one session.
